Campsite Le Ruisseau - Reviews

We stayed in Le Ruissieu in July. Adam and Diane were perfect hosts and made our visit very comfortable. Everything was perfect for the children and us. Would highly recommend a stay with Euro Resorts +++

Great Campsite,
Hosts Diane and Adam couldn't have been more helpful.
Our cabin was clean and a great location for us near the pool and fun facilities. If you prefer to not hear the evenings activities choose a cabin further away, the shows can be loud but for us close proximity was ideal.
The pools and slides were brilliant and well supervised by lifeguards.
The relaxing pool area and indoor pool were ideal for a quieter experience, with children in the morning and adults only in the afternoon. No pool toys or balls etc.
The fishing pond was great with a pontoon and chairs, you do need your own equipment which includes a landing net.
The animals were a great addition, they enjoyed our salad leftovers.
Zip line was a big hit with my kids.
Shop was small but very reasonably prices and had everything I needed as we only ate breakfast in and used the restaurant, snack bar and pizza takeaway for our other meals which were all very nice and very reasonably priced.
We used the buses a lot and although not always on time, using Google maps helped keep track of their arrival.
Free number 30 was great but 21 was better for getting to the plage centre Bidart beach or Bidart town its self.
All in all I could not fault our time at Le Ruisseau, very relaxing and kept me, my 10 and 14 year old very happy for 8 days.

Just back from a 5 night stay in Le Ruisseau campsite. Pool and slides are great. Plenty for younger kids to do. Alan and Sarah were our reps and they were very helpful with advice on places to see and were there if we needed anything. Mobile was lovely very clean.

My family and I spent 10 days at Le Ruisseau with Euroresorts and we had a wonderful time. Alan and Sarah were great, they were always there when needed and happy to help whenever they could. The site and caravan were spotless, with maintenance and upkeep happening all the time. At the time of visit we had a three y/o and 7month/o and the site was ideal; various pools, play areas, parks, animals etc. We benefited from unseasonably cold temperature which meant the kids could play out at any time they wanted. Would highly recommend.

Just back from a 7 day stay campsite is amazing very easily accessible from the airport and well equipt for all ages, pools and slides were a huge hit and mobile home was like brand new! Special mention to Sarah and Alan who were great from day one and always on hand for different information as we needed it! 10 out of 10

Lovely site, very peaceful but also with great pool areas and activités for children. On site restaurant was very good with reasonable prices .The site reps, Alan and Sarah,made you feel welcome and were really helpful. Will recommend.

Beaucoup d'activitées sont mises à disposition pour les voyageurs. Possibilité de venir entre amis ou en famille. Les horaires des restaurants et activités sont très accessibles.
Dave et Laura nous ont super bien accueillis, le mobilhome était très propre. Nous retenons cette adresse pour notre prochain passage à Bidart

Very calm camping, mobile-homes are very well equipped. I was welcomed by Mathieu who was very kind and helpful.

Hi, I have just spent a week at le reuisseau Campsite. I booked with another company but upon arrival and for the duration of my stay I was made feel so welcome by your staff Laura and Dave.. I can't thank them both enough for everything they did for us , but most important how they made us feel. They ( and their litttle) girl are very special people and they deserve recognition for their hard work and kind ways. They are such a perfect fit for this job. They are completely in tune with families needs when travelling abroad and staying on this campsite and there is no comparison between the commitment they show in making sure people have a great holiday, as opposed to other staff from other companies there. For this reason I will be booking with euro parks in the future. In regards to the campsite it is ideal for a family with children of all age groups. There is so much to do on site and a bus stop at the entrance which can take you to the a local town and to Biarritz train station. From Biarritz train station , there is endless choices of beautiful places to visit. It really was a great holiday and I will be booking to come back soon.
