Campsite Le Ruisseau - Reviews

We stayed in Le Ruissieu in July. Adam and Diane were perfect hosts and made our visit very comfortable. Everything was perfect for the children and us. Would highly recommend a stay with Euro Resorts +++.

Great campsite, and hosts Diane and Adam couldn’t have been more helpful. Our cabin was clean and perfectly located near the pool and activities; if you prefer quieter evenings it’s better to choose a cabin further away, as the shows can be loud, but we liked being close. The pools and slides were brilliant and well supervised by lifeguards. The relaxing pool area and the indoor pool were ideal for quieter time, with children in the mornings and adults only in the afternoons. Pool toys and balls aren’t allowed. The fishing pond was lovely with a pontoon and chairs, though you need your own equipment including a landing net. The animals were a great addition and enjoyed our leftover salad. The zip line was a big hit with my kids. The shop was small but reasonably priced and had everything I needed. We used the restaurant, snack bar and pizza takeaway for meals and everything was nice and fairly priced. We used the buses a lot; they weren’t always on time but Google Maps helped track arrivals. The free number 30 bus was great, and the 21 was even better for reaching Bidart beach or the town. I couldn’t fault our time at Le Ruisseau — very relaxing and kept me and my children happy for eight days.

Just back from a 5 night stay in Le Ruisseau. Pool and slides were great and perfect for younger children. Alan and Sarah were our reps and very helpful with advice on places to visit. Our mobile home was lovely and very clean.

My family and I spent 10 days at Le Ruisseau with Euroresorts and had a wonderful time. Alan and Sarah were great and always happy to help. The site and caravan were spotless and well maintained. With a 3-year-old and a 7-month-old, the site was ideal — pools, parks, animals and more. Would highly recommend.

Just back from a 7 day stay. Campsite is amazing, very accessible from the airport and well equipped for all ages. Pools and slides were a huge hit and our mobile home felt brand new. Special mention to Sarah and Alan who were great all week. 10 out of 10.

Lovely site, very peaceful with great pools and activities for children. On-site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Reps Alan and Sarah were welcoming and very helpful. Will recommend.

Excellent park for children. Great pool and slides, plus lots of activities. Very accessible, 10 min from airport and free local bus. Reps were very helpful. Caravans spotless. Only improvement would be air-con.

Beaucoup d’activités, idéal en famille ou entre amis. Restaurants et activités très accessibles. Dave et Laura nous ont très bien accueillis. Mobil-home très propre. Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour un prochain passage à Bidart.

Very calm camping and mobile homes are well equipped. I was welcomed by Mathieu who was very kind and helpful.

I booked with another company but your staff Laura and Dave made me feel so welcome all week. They deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism. The campsite is ideal for families with lots to do, and easy transport to Biarritz. I will book with EuroResorts next time.

We had a great holiday — so much so we forgot our flight home! Excellent accommodation, great customer service and very helpful reps. I have recommended the site to friends and will use it again.
