Traditionally, these holidays of over a month have been the luxury of the retired, but since COVID, we have often seen holidays extended as more workers are able to take their work with them wherever they are in the world.

That’s one of the beauties of staying in one of our comfortable mobile homes. Most of our mobile homes are equipped for up to six people. Long-stay holidays can be flexible, w ith the original holidaymakers staying for the duration while family and friends visit for shorter times.

The city of Alicante is the focal point of Costa Blanca, with numerous attractions, including traditional festivals, water parks and great shopping malls.

There are plenty of things to do in Costa Blanca, whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure. For those who want to explore, there are historic towns and villages, as well as natural parks and caves. And, of course, there are the beaches – perfect for sunbathing, swimming, surfing or just enjoying the view.

Towns near the Alannia campsite

Outside of the Alannia Costa Blanca resort, the region boasts towns including Murcia, Benidorm and Alicante, more than 200km of beautiful white beaches and a superb climate of sunny summers and warm winters. It is a firm favourite for campsite holidaymakers from across Europe and a great choice all year round.

The nearby town of Guardamar is just 15km away from the resort. It has 12 km of breathtaking white sandy beaches that are never overcrowded, even during the busiest summer months, with a fantastic array of water sports.

Take a day trip to Torrevieja and visit the amazing shopping centre (Habaneras) and water park (Aquapolis). Alicante also has a great choice of shopping centres and offers numerous attractions, including St John’s Bonfires in June.

Less than one mile away is the town of Catral, with a mouth-watering array of restaurants. The Costa Blanca is ideal for families, couples, nature lovers and golfers.

While services are subject to change depending on weather and demand, you can generally expect plenty of organised entertainment for all the family, from tiny tots to great grans and grandads.

The resort covers 25 hectares (around 3 football pitches). At full capacity, it can hold 1,600 people, so you are sure to meet a few new friends.

The distance to the nearest town is a short walk of 1 km, and the nearest sea is 15km away. A beach shuttle operates in July and August.

The Alannia holiday village is open all year. Many of our customers enjoy a Spanish winter holiday more than a summer one, especially if they prefer a more active holiday. The slightly cooler temperatures from October to March lend themselves to hiking, cycling, sports and visiting tourist attractions.

Swimming pools at the Alannia Costa Blanca

The swimming pools at the Alanni a will take your breath away. The animal-themed tropical lake pool suitable for all ages is at the heart of your holiday. There are also two smaller pools for young children.

The Tahiti pools offer the relaxation of an island in the Pacific Ocean. Swim to the bar to sip a cocktail or relax on Balinese beds.

An Olympic-sized heated indoor swimming pool means you can get laps in all year round.
