Always excellent every time, accommodation and staff amazing.

We booked with EuroResorts in 2019 for 2020 and then the world turned upside down as we all know. Through all the booking, rebooking the team at EuroResorts were always helpful, accommodating and responsive and that continued when we finally got to go on our holiday with the team onsite. The cabin was clean and well kitted out, the site was great and the team were helpful with any help we needed or queries raised! I would whole heartedly recommend this company!!!

Just back from a 10day holiday with the family .really enjoyed it . EuroResorts are so easy to deal with no stress and the on site reps are fabulous and so helpful. Holiday homes spotless clean amd we really enjoyed the campsite . Booked to return again next year and can't wait

Nice cabins, very good site with all amenities. Cabin prices seem comparable with Alannia cabins but these ones are better equipped
The reps on site and in UK are lovely and very helpful.

I had trouble with the TV channels when I was there in that they kept freezing and losing signal, but this may have been because of the sand storm!
It would have been useful to have an instruction sheet with general info on, TV channels, WIFI (had to pay for this at the main reception but didn't realise this until I asked the reps on site), shop opening times etc etc.

What a lovely month we have had, Lodge was just right for us and family when they visited us. Mick & Louise have been the perfect rep's they went above and beyond there duties to make our stay a good one, we are looking forward to coming back again.

Our holiday to Alannia in a EuroResorts bungalow was great. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The wardens Mick and Louise were fantastic and looked after us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
We loved it so much that we have booked it again for December.

Europarks are by far the nicest and most accommodating people to deal with. From Karen and Dave who you meet at Alannia and the people who you deal with online for reservations they are so nice so friendly and always willing to find solutions to any problems. All their mobil homes are well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend europarks to anyone.

Alannia is a great camp site. I did not have a car myself but the shop on site and the easy walk to Catral gives you everything you need

A great holiday park .good location but you do really need a car to get the best of location of lots of beautiful towns, the beaches etc.

I must say, we had the best family holiday ever. It was our first time going on a Family Camping holiday, and I’m highly recommending it to all my friends.
I found EuroResorts extremely friendly & very helpful to work with. We had all the information needed before we went, directions to campsite were very clear.
The campsite La Torre del Sol was very clean. I was highly impressed with the high level of maintenance of the grass & grounds. The staff at reception & in all the restaurants / bars couldn’t have been more kind & helpful. The mobile home was very clean & neat. I felt very secure & safe on the premises.
We are quite eager to book our campsite for next year & would love to travel with EuroResorts again!

A great holiday and absolutely amazing customer care. The mobile home was spotless as was the campsite. Dave and Karen were very helpful. Our campsite was flooded and although they weren't obliged to, EuroResorts refunded us our accommodation and also gave us a free week in the campsite again. Their customer care is second to none.

This was our second year at the Alannia Costa Blanca with EuroResorts. Caravans were absolutely spotless upon arrival (unlike caravan holidays in the UK). Dave & Karen were on hand again to answer questions, recommend restaurants, beaches, local towns etc as well as assisting with anything to do with the caravan itself. The Alannia resort itself is fantastic - clean, not rowdy, new, great facilities, good evening entertainment, amazing swimming pools. The only criticism is the onsite restaurants are not amazing. They are fine but not great. However, Dave recommended an amazing restaurant (Casa Harry) a mile away in San Felipe Neri with the most amazing pork and creme caramel. You need a car to make the most of the area surrounding the campsite. Booking process itself with EuroResorts is easy and friendly and the staff are informative, leaving nothing to chance. We'll be booking again next year but to Biarritz this time.

This was our first family holiday and I have to admit was nervous. From the start of holiday and making contact with euro parcs the service was excellent. They even gave us contact for taxi, kept us updated on the floods and when we got there Dave couldnt do emough for us. Mobile was spotless. So clean . Pool was amazing and overall 5*. We will be back.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we hope to be able to book a longer stay before too long. Dave was very helpful and everything went smoothly during our visit.

Marshal Costa Blanca is a very good campsite with excellent pools.
The EuroResorts cabins are up at the top left of the campsite close to the Tahitian pool complex which is beautiful.
The main pool complex is busy, pretty noisy at times with music and dance, water polo etc can be good fun. Slides are good, queuing typically 10-15 minutes.
Shop is decent, well enough priced.
Entertainment at night is late but good, 2 or 3 shows per week, foam party once a fortnight, weekly quiz.
Typically kids show kicks off at 8.30 and the main show 10-11.30pm.
Can be hard to get a seat after 10pm.
Actually a waiter was quite rude to us on the 1st night when we moved two tables of 4 together to accommodate us all (2 adults and 5 children). His attitude was very disappointing and his manager knew he’d done wrong, but blamed it on technology! This put us off eating there for the rest of the 2 week holiday.
We did have the buffet once up at the Tahitian end, good enough value.
A pint of local beer was €3.50.
Down side about the entertainment is it’s very much geared to the Spanish tourist, not much attempt to speak English. This did put our kids off joining in with the clubs etc.
Sports facilities good, a soccer pitch they played ad hoc every evening (it was too hot during the day), tennis courts, table tennis.
The cabin had good air-con and a tv with bbc which was a godsend in the afternoon, it was so hot early July.
Not really walking distance from the nearest town Catral, especially with children.
We had a car and needed it, we felt. Lidl was 10 minute drive away.
The market at the Torrevieja north slip road was 20 mins away and had loads, on a Sunday.
Catral itself had a small market on Saturday mornings, nothing to write home about.
Excellent water park in Quesada 15 mins away, suited our kids age 7-13.
Did the campsite bus beach trip to Guardamar, good value but a long day in the raking hot sun from 10am-5pm.
Reps were Dave and Karen, very helpful and informative.
Overall, our kids had a great time.
Would definitely travel with EuroResorts again. Not sure about this camp site again,it was very orientated towards the Spanish tourists who come down from Madrid and the likes.

We have holidayed at this location twice before and have found the accommodation of excellent standard, the services and staff (David and Karen) are of high quality and cannot be faulted would not hesitate to recommend this site and EuroResorts to my friends. Have rebooked the accommodation at Alannia for 2020 and look forward to another great holiday.

First time with EuroResorts and what a lovely holiday we have had, the amenities are second to none. Karen & Dave were very helpful
The Alannia Costa Blanca site is very well laid out there is something for everyone. We have enjoyed it so much have booked again for next year.

Hi we haven't been yet, booked for next may//18, from the reviews and site pics, it looks fantastic, reminds me of montego bay, anyway done with tacky 2star hotels with broken furniture and couldn't care less staff!, as in the song, next year we're off to sunny Spain aviva espania!!!

When arriving at Alannia we were really surprised. It's like your own little village with all the facilities including night time entertainment in the square every night. Pub food is really good & reasonably priced. We tried the buffet one night but found our kids didn't really make the most of all food offered. (Fussy!!!)
Our caravan was the smallest 3 bed but it was not a problem for our family of 5 as we were barely inside and there is a huge decking area for each caravan. Aircon was a god send.
The caravan was very clean as was the whole of Alannia.
The two swimming pool were amazing. The new one which is nearest the EuroResorts office was our favourite.
Dave & Karen were lovely, friendly and helpful. Love the idea of a library and food bank in the EuroResorts office for new arrivals to help themselves to. Plus it's great to know at the end of your stay you can leave your unused items for other guests to use.
We got the weekly bus to the beach from the main reception and had a lovely day. The sea was gorgeous. However, we missed the market as we didn't realise the market is only on in the morning. Our Advise is to do the market first and then the beach!!!
One negative is that they Could do with more Bar staff!

EuroResorts is an excellent place to stay for families. The mobile homes are clean and spacious, you even get WiFi at a small cost. Dave and Karen made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The pools are clean and safe. The amenities on-site are affordable and there is plenty to do for everyone. We got back on 11 August and have already booked to go back again next year.

We had 3 mobile homes which were great for our Easter weekend break. Dave and Karen were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The children enjoyed the pool area very much, looking forward to the opening of the new pool complex later this year. Will certainly return soon.

The mobile homes where perfect for a large group of friend meeting up for the weekend. You do need a car to get out of the park to see the sites. The bar is spacious and relaxing and the food is good. The restaurant is a bit weird, annoyingly there was a kids magician performance while we were having our dinner. A nice surprise was the spa, very clean and big. We had sole use over the weekend, a prefect free hour. Very relaxing for everyone. Flips flops and a hat is €3.50, a must wear. I even got my doubtful husband in and he enjoyed it! No kids in the spa which was very nice. Our mobile home was the two bedroom with a spacious dinning (drinking) area. The aircon doubles as heating keeping the coolness of the night away. The aspect of the homes are perfect seeing the sun rise and set. Deck has sun all day. A cheap and easy weekend. Ps. Everyone uses the Ryan air car hire and expect cues!! EuroResorts people supply all the cleaning product for when you leave, very handy.

Had a great ten weeks on EuroResorts comfortable beds plenty of things to do,The couple running the EuroResorts Karen&Dave were very friendly made us feel like family and nothing is too much trouble for them will be back again next year

The camp site is approximately 3 years old, it has superb security beautiful pools which stay open late once a week and the standard of customer care and cleanliness is exceptional.
I was in a party of 7 with 6 teenagers aged between 15-19, the food at the bars and restaurant was very reasonably priced and there are two fast food trailers that open late as well as the bar & restaurant's all close at 11, the shop was well stocked and the drink reasonably priced.

The added attraction of the ice cream bike really added to the experience.

The Camp-site is perfect for children under the age of 13, but you would need to travel outside for more adventurous experiences for older children, this can be difficult and expensive as there is a limited bus service from the site. (one bus a week to the beach and two day prior booking for other bus services which leave early morning teenagers do not rise before 12) I used taxis which charge per person & distance, I would recommend car hire if staying at this site.

We visited rafting Mercia an experience I would highly recommend €15 per person and that includes lunch and a drink, the experience was hilarious, we also did zip lining and ropes, Fun fare (3times) the local beach is beautiful, but the waves can be quite strong, perfect for us but someone who is not confident at swimming may find it difficult.

I want the hard working Dave and Karen's Jobs, they are amazing representatives taking everything in their stride, the caravan was fresh and clean but no oven, we discovered the art of cooking pizza in a barbecue!!! all good fun.

All in All we had a holiday to remember.

Wanted to say we had a great time at Alannia this year, the mobile home and campsite facilities are among the best anywhere. Dave and Karen were excellent reps and it made for an excellent stay. I can't recommend EuroResorts highly enough... fantastic family holiday. Many thanks EuroResorts and especially Dave & Karen.

Overall we had a great holiday at Easter and here are some feedback points:
1) Accommodation was great. Mobile was spotless and had everything we needed.
2) Representatives were superb. Dave & Karen were so friendly, helpful and generally looked after us very well.Nothing was too much trouble.
3) Campsite - overall the campsite was spotless and had a selection of great facilities. The pool area was fabulous. For us however the balance of fixed mobiles versus travelling caravans/motor homes wasn't right it just made the campsite look a bit messy. It was very busy over the Easter period as it is a big holiday for the Spanish. Also because it was still officially the winter period it is also busy with caravan clubs and it meant that some nights we couldn't get into the bar for something to eat as it was so busy. Again the time of the year meant that the campsite was predominantly Spanish so most of the kids activities were in Spanish as were all the other kids.
We had a lovely holiday but the site doesn't give the same experience as some of the French sites - and this may be just the time of year.

We absolutely loved our time in Alannia this year. We returned there for a second year in a row and have never done this before as we like to try new places!
Dave and Karen are just fantastic and make you feel so at home and at ease.
It is such an excellent campsite and the mobile home was so comfortable.
In fact we want to go back again next Summer for a third year!

We had a great time, Dave and Karen are absolutely brilliant onsite, the mobile was lovely great space & very clean! The park itself was also lovely maybe lacking a bit more entertainment during the week but I think we could have been too early in the season!
We rented a car which was definitely needed the camp is a bit out on its own!!
All in all great holiday & we would definitely used EuroResorts again.

We had a great holiday in alannia, the campsite was great , the mobile was spotless and the way they are positioned offer great privacy from neighbours , Dave and Karen were brilliant , I could find them in less than a minute any time I needed something , also when we arrived Karen could see we were completely exhausted and gave us our mobile with minimum introductions/instructions which I was so grateful for !!! We were so glad to be let get on with it and Karen did not delay us with unnecessary information .
The campsite is clean and well maintained and the security was very good also.
The pools are just fantastic for kids and it was great to not have to leave the campsite .
The on-site supermarket was a bit disappointing after villa nova but I think it may be in the process of being refurbished so probably not a real issue
All in all it was a great place to go and I wish it wasn't over !!
Now the only problem is deciding which campsite to go to next year :))

Reception were Excellent very helpful
Facilities were excellent for Adults and kids alike.
Our Mobile home was great,3 rooms,spacious very good AC.
Equally good was WiFi,brillant Very strong kids used it during the midday while out of the sun.
Bar and Restaurant staff were very friendly (after i learned spanish).
Shop Excellent -great value
Shows for kids were a little late we thought.
And the best till last,-Dave and Karen.
2 Amazing wonderful helpful people,we could not say enough good things about them.
They were there whenever we needed them with advice and help.
I hope to be back next year.
