Camping Montescudaio is set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, just 4km from soft sand beaches and crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. With its picturesque landscapes Tuscany is one of Italy’s favourite holiday regions with its world famous cities, Pisa and Florence.

Sports facilities include table tennis, volleyball, football pitch, swimming pools, minigolf and a playground. In high season there are children’s clubs and evening entertainment, including a disco.

The lively town of Cecina has roots back to the Neolithic period with many sites of great historical importance. It is also part of the prestigious Estrucan Coast Wine Road. Stroll through the peaceful streets and stop off at one of the many bars and restaurants and sample the local wines.

Take a visit to Pisa (60 km) and marvel at the famous leaning tower. Florence is 112 km and your trip will be rewarded by world renowned architecture, art galleries, museums and monuments making it one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

Travel

There are two main options, self-drive and fly-drive.

Self drive

The campsite is approximately 14 hours drive from Le Havre and approximately 15 hours from Calais.

We offer Eurotunnel, cross channel ferries via Dover - Calais, Portsmouth - Caen / Cherbourg / Le Havre / St Malo, Poole - Cherbourg / St Malo, Plymouth - Roscoff. It is likely that driving to the campsite will require an overnight stop. Hotels are inexpensive, for example a family room for 4 in a B&B Hotel chain is approximately 60 euros.

Fly-drive

As a general rule the earlier you book your flights the lower the prices.

Pisa Airport is less than 40 mins drive with numerous flights from a range of UK and Ireland airports. Options are:

Cancellation/prepayment

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation and amendments are in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. That’s about 85 GBP. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Prices for cots are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
