Indoor Pool (located in the Spa)
Use of the indoor pool is pre bookable at least 24hrs in advance. Prices can be found on the Alannia Costa Blanca App or go to the gym reception. Hats and flipflops need to be worn and can be bought at the spa reception.
Spa & Fitness Studio
Prices and times can be found on the Alannia Costa Blanca App. The Spa is for 18 years + the Fitness Studio is for 16 years+. (All spa activities need to be booked 24hrs in advance at the Spa Reception Desk)
Sports Courts
Sports Courts (opposite the car park) must be booked at the Spa. Court & equipment hire fees are available on the Alannia App or go to the spa.
Recommendations for restaurants are:
Golf clubs and balls can be hired from Main Reception, there is a small fee.
Indoor Ball Park
The indoor ballpark is only permitted for children under 10yrs. See window for opening times. (Socks must be worn)
Mini Club
Mini Club is suitable for children up to the age 12 yrs. Please see the notice board at the bar or inside the Kids Club for weekly activity timetable. There is also a Teen Social Club/Games room, opening times can be found on the door.
Bicycle Hire (opposite Main Reception)
Price list is available in EuroResorts Reception. You can also hire, mopeds, electric buggies and segways.
Laundry
Washing machine and tumble dryers are in the laundry room at each shower/ sanitario block. Prices are:
Washing Machine €4 with detergent & conditioner
Tumble Dryer €3
These machines take euro coins & 50 cents
Local Area
The nearest supermarket is in Catral. The standard opening hours are 09:00 – 21:45 (subject to change). The supermarket is closed on a Sunday.
Pharmacy
The nearest Pharmacy is in Catral. The address is Farmacia Catral, c.la Purisima 36. Opening hours are 09:00 – 14:00 & 17:00 – 20:00 (subject to change). The pharmacy is closed on a Sunday.

There are lots of local markets nearby everyday of the week. A full list of where they are and on what dates is available at EuroResorts reception.
Local Tours:
Rosas Tours and Davids coaches are local tour companies that offer day trips to Benidorm, Cartegena, Murcia, Alicante, Mundomar, Terramitica and many more places. Information on how to book these trips can be found at EuroResorts reception or via the websites.
David have an extensive knowledge of the local area, please ask them for advice and/or recommendations and they will be more than happy to help.
Top 5 places to visit
Alicante
Alicante is just 35mins by car or taxi from the site and is a great city to visit. It offers stunning beaches, delicious food, rich history, vibrant culture, beautiful art galleries, traditional events and markets.
MundoMar Zoological Park
Just 50 minutes from site. It offers interactive animal experiences, dolphin shows, exotic birds in beautiful surroundings. Fun for all the family.
Visit Mundomar
Aquopolis Water Park
Just 30mins from site the water park has over 20 attractions for the whole family, from thrilling slides to a mini park.
Tarbarca Island
Depart from Santa Pola's Marina, which is just 30 by car or taxi from site. The island offers crystal clear waters, rich marine life, historic charm and delicious seafood.
Algar Waterfalls
Just 60 mins from site. Walk beside the river, swim in the rock pools and dangle your feet in the flowing water. There are Restaurants, picnic areas and playgrounds making it great for all the family.

The primary exit of the mobile home is the main door if this is not accessible all windows (except for the kitchen and bathroom) open fully and can be used as a point of exit.
In the event of a small fire, a fire blanket or a fire extinguisher can be used to tackle the fire if it is safe to do so. These can be found on the wall in the main living room of your mobile home. There are also fire extinguishers in the roads outside your mobile home. Please familiarise yourselves with the location of the fire blanket, mobile home fire extinguisher and the external fire extinguishers.
DO NOT PUT YOURSELF OR OTHERS AT RISK BY TRYING TO EXTINGUISH A FIRE UNLESS IT IS SAFE TO DO SO
If you smell gas, please evacuate the mobile home and alert Dave and Karen as a matter of urgency.
In the event of electricity power cut Dave and Karen will keep you informed of developments. Please exercise extreme caution if using candles inside the mobile home.
