This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 21 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter.
Entry is free and no purchase is required.
To enter, share a photo of your holiday on Facebook using the hashtag #EuroResorts and tag a friend.
Posts without the hashtag are not eligible. Only one entry per person.
Entries open at 10:00 on 11 October 2024 and close at 15:00 on 8 November 2024.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or not received due to technical issues of any kind.
One winner will be selected at random by an independent supervisor by 15 November 2024.
The prize is a £100 / €120 voucher, valid for 12 months.
The winner will be notified via social media using the details provided at entry before 15 November 2024.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter will publish or make available the surname, county and, if applicable, winning entry of the prize winner.

within one month of the closing date. If you object to your details being published, you must inform the Promoter at
sales@euroresorts.co.uk. In such cases, the Promoter may still share this
information with the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
By entering, participants agree to these terms. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries or withhold the prize
from anyone found to be in breach of these terms.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, amend or void the promotion if required.
Except where caused by negligence, the Promoter and its agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising
from participation in the prize draw or use of the prize. Statutory rights are unaffected.

This prize draw is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
